In hockey terms, "light the lamp" refers to when a goal is scored.  When the puck goes in the net, the light above the net flashes and the horn sounds, teammates celebrate, and the crowd roars.

To "light the lamp" is to score a goal, and we are here to set you up to meet yours.

Testimonials

As a 4-year varsity athlete and current Division 1 lacrosse player, I can say without a doubt I would not be where I am without the help of Chrissy as my physical therapist. She has been there for me 24/7 to help out with injuries and has gotten me back on the field faster than anyone else I have worked with.

Mark

Worked with Chrissy on and off for two years to deal with a hip injury and subsequent surgical recovery. Hands down, she is one of the best PTs I have worked with. Open minded to new exercises/modalities and patient oriented; she will do whatever she can to make you better and back to life.

Chrissy Biele is a very elite Therapist who uses many different techniques to help us get back to activity. This past May I did the Mount Everest Base Camp Trek and it was only possible because Chrissy fixed my heel spurs on both legs...with her all angle approach I was able to Trek 44 miles and reach 18000 ft in the Himalayas.

Arvind

Chrissy is a great combination of clinical knowledge and compassion. She has been working with me for various injuries that I have had over the years and I highly recommend her. She really understands the demands placed on athletes when creating their rehab programs.

Dan

Best PT in the tri-state area. Don't let her hockey love fool you. She works on all sports injuries even old baseball shoulder ones! Using Chrissy won't just be a hat trick but a grand slam.

Tom

I started seeing Chrissy in an attempt to avoid having an extensive two part surgery for missing cartilage in my knee and a torn meniscus from a sports related injury. My surgeon had proposed we could try PT instead of going the surgery route. I am about 10 weeks out since starting PT and the surgeon has now confirmed I can pass on the surgery due to the success of the PT work.
