Real Patient Experiences with Sports Rehab and Physical Therapy in King of Prussia

As a 4-year varsity athlete and current Division 1 lacrosse player, I can say without a doubt I would not be where I am without the help of Chrissy as my physical therapist. She has gotten me back on the field faster than anyone else I have worked with.

Mark

Worked with Chrissy on and off for two years to deal with a hip injury and subsequent surgical recovery as a hockey goalie. Hands down, she is one of the best PTs I have worked with.

Jacqui

I did the Mount Everest Base Camp Trek and it was only possible because of Chrissy. With her all angle approach I was able to Trek 44 miles and reach 18,000 ft in the Himalayas.

Arvind

After working with Chrissy, I've taken my golf game to a level I couldn't reach on my own. My handicap has dropped by 4–5 strokes, and I'm consistently hitting fairways. She’s incredible, amazing, knowledgeable and patient. Absolutely top notch!

Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all. We help clients with injury prevention, mobility, recovery, performance training, and overall movement health — not just injury rehabilitation.

In the state of Pennsylvania, you do NOT need a prescription to start physical therapy if your PT has their direct access certificate. If treatment is to extend beyond 30 days, a valid prescription from a physician, surgeon, dentist, physician's assistant, or nurse practitioner is required. Note: this is required regardless of being in or out of network with your insurance.

LTLPT is an out of network provider with all insurance plans. If you're unsure whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we're happy to help you understand your options before your first visit.

Yes, we do. From concussions and vertigo, to surgery and overuse injuries, we have 2 decades of experience to help you meet your goals.
